I'm sorry to hear you're having problems uploading your photos. If you don't see your photo under Account > Pictures, the photo is not in our system and will need to be re-uploaded. Please be sure that your photos are saved as either PNG or JPG files and are not larger than 4 MB.
To upload a photo clique on Account > Pictures > Upload Picture (There are 3 categories) > Browse > Upload.
That's all there is to it! Please note that all new content must be approved before it will appear online.
If you are having problems uploading the photos, you can email them to Customer Service by simply attaching them to this email and sending it back to us. Please be sure to include whether you want the photos to be public, private, or hidden.
